eSecure’s IMSS offers two Authentication Services,
- IMSS Hosted Authentication Service which is a fully hosted managed service
- IMSS Managed Authentication Service which undertakes management and support of existing customer
  authentication infrastructure.

The IMSS Hosted Authentication Service provides a secure alternative to passwords by delivering on-demand access on a 24x7 basis by utilising two factor authentication. The service reduces your organisations exposure to security threats by providing strong two factor authentication to increase control of access to your corporate systems and data.  The service protects business critical systems and data by delivering the right level of access protection, ensuring that industry leading two factor authentication is utilised to securely authenticated users to corporate systems. Where industry regulations require / mandate strong authentication the Hosted Authentication Service is a reliable cost effective solution which can be rapidly deployed.

The IMSS Managed Authentication Service delivers a secure cost effective alternative to managing and supporting internal authentication infrastructure. This service enables organisations that wish to own the capital infrastructure but do not have the in-house technical expertise, processes and procedures to outsource the management and support to a dedicated security provider.

As part of the service the IMSS establishes secure remote access from customer equipment to the IMSS Data Centres. Upon establishment of secure connections to the customer infrastructure the eSecure IMSS take over the day to day administration, management and monitoring of the key authentication security infrastructure on a 24x 7 basis.

By outsourcing these tasks ensures that you can concentrate on your core business whilst having the comfort that you have a highly trained and skilled workforce supporting you around the clock cost effectively.  Dependent on specific customer requirements the IMSS service can also undertake Help Desk support functions and token provisioning.
