Utilising the Managed Security Platform and back-end infrastructure, eSecure provides System Availability and Platform Monitoring services. eSecure understand that the availability of your infrastructure is important.
Without it, the impact to your business could be unavailability of corporate Internet connectivity, email / web services and/or online business services provided by you. That is why, we, at eSecure provide you a very  cost effective way of monitoring these services so that you are immediately aware of service issues, both proactively and reactively.

Proactively, eSecure can monitor (subject to system ability) System load, Disk space, Disk status, Swap space, Database status, System time and System availability. Thresholds can be pre-configured such that when these thresholds are reached, notifications can either be automatically (SMS), or manually (via phone by our 24 x 7 Managed Services team) sent to you to notify you of system exceptions or availability.
