eSecure’s Onsite Support provides a complimentary support service to your internal IT support staff. You may not have the ability or desire to employ or maintain dedicated security personnel in-house to support your systems and infrastructure. Security may be considered too vertical a skill to retain in-house or cost prohibitive. In-house IT support staff often cannot adequately provide the second or third level of support necessary to address complex security issues as they occur.
